Frequently Asked Questions

  • We’ve looked at all the options, and it’s best if everyone stays on the property. We have rooms reserved for all of our guests, so we can have the maximum amount of fun in our time together. To cover the costs of the room and some of the food/beverages, each guest will pay a set amount. Details about payment are included on the detail card with you invitation.

  • We have a room reserved for you at the property hotel for 10-12 July.

    Dutch Guests: Please reserve your room through your RSVP.

  • Check-in is from 2pm on July 10th. If you want to arrive earlier, please contact us and we can talk to our venue. We would love for you to arrive in time for our Welcome Dinner at 6pm.

  • To get to the wedding venue, you can travel using the NS local train service from Amsterdam Central or Schipol Airport to Station Zutphen. You can purchase your ticket the day of your travel, and we will have transportation from Station Zutphen to the venue.

  • Please be aware that the weather in The Netherlands is very unpredictable. In July the average temperature is 23° Celsius/73° Fahrenheit. It can also be (over) 30° Celsius/86° Fahrenheit. Expect rain! In case of bad weather, our wedding will be held inside.

  • Welcome Dinner: Summer outdoor BBQ. Shorts or pants, skirts or sundresses with a button-down or a nice top. No athleisure, please.

    Wedding Day, Ceremony & Reception: Our theme for the wedding is: Summer Garden Ball! We ask that you please wear formal attire. Color and pattern encouraged, but please no white and no pink out of respect for the brides. See our Pinterest board here for ideas!

    Friday and Saturday Breakfast: Casual attire. No athleisure, please.

    Arrival and Departure: Come as you are and leave as you wish!

  • We advise you to bring layers! The weather is very unpredictable. Always expect rain so bring an umbrella or a raincoat to be safe. Pack shorts & jeans, short sleeves & cardigans. Look at our "what should I wear" question for the wedding attire.

  • Yes, you’re more than welcome to stay over for either 1 or 2 nights. Please let us know in your RSVP and we will reach out to you to arrange this. You can find pricing information on your detail card with your invitation.

    You are still welcome to join us for the Welcome BBQ or Breakfast, even if you don’t stay the night. Please include this in your RSVP and we will reach out to you to arrange it.

  • Your Save The Date & Invitation will be addressed to "[Your Name] and Guest" if you can bring someone with you. It's important to us that the wedding is small and intimate.
